He has other paintings which show that he's not totally useless as an artist. Sigh...modernism creeping into Orthodoxy as well.

Interesting. I do see they have their own problems, I need to see it... before I rush off & convert. lol
Well, I guess they do have their share of problems. The only difference being that in our Church, it would probably be tolerated. God knows I've seen much worse. but in the Orthodox Church, this is seen as a departure from the received tradition and therefore something is being done about it.
Hopefully, it'll catch on in our Church as well? =)
