St. Anne's Shrine: The Blessed Sacrament Chapel and Parish House

St. Anne's is blessed with plenty of land. The large and spacious Parish House serves as a retirement home for older priests. Current my former parish priest, Fr. Alexander Edwin, who is suffering from a kidney ailment, Fr. Chao and Msgr. Stephen Liew VG and the parish priest are in residence.

The place looks nice and fits in with the overall architecture of the Shrine and the buildings around it.

The parish house also houses the Blessed Sacrament Chapel, aside from the Tabernacle in the main Church.

Known as the Divine Mercy Prayer Room, it's open daily for people to spend a quiet moment with the Lord in private, away from the Church.

In tropical Malaysia, the air conditioning certainly helps to provide refreshment for the body so that the refreshed mind can concentrate in prayer.

It is beautifully panelled in wood and also has a moveable altar so that Mass may be celebrated here.
